Chef and owner Scott Ouellette redefines the classic steak house by using only the freshest ingredients and complimenting the hand-cut steaks with inventive seafood dishes, like the signature Lobster Mac & Cheese. Customer favorite dishes also include the O Steaks & Seafood Pork Potstickers and the American Kobe Meatloaf. The O Steaks & Seafood wine list has been hand-selected by Scott and offers over twenty-four wines by the glass. As if that wasn’t enough, save room for our desserts that are all created onsite.
At our Lakes Region location conveniently located on Lake Opechee, you’ll have the choice of private dining, seating near our talented bartenders or add a view to our meal on the patio or at the chef’s tables where you can watch our staff prepare your meal.
